INVESTING IN

PROFITABLE PROJECTS

Our investment plan in the New Lagos is centered around the position that land in Ibeju-Lekki is a scarce resource and adhering to the highest and best use for the lands acquired. As at September 2021, we have acquired over 1,000 acres from the native owners and are still acquiring more where we can. We have developed 3 projects that a prospective client can choose to invest in.

These projects include; Truck City, Kingston Town and Queens Town.
