Victor holds a Master of Science Degree in Banking and Finance from University of Benin. He has over 26 years adept experience in equity and debt funding, investment management, banking operations, and stock broking; handling landmark transactions involving divestures through privatization deals, turnaround schemes, project management, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising for corporate organization.

Has a bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of Uyo. Starting his career of two decades as an entrepreneur before his invitation to join the pioneer team to set up Transnational Corporation of Nigeria (TransCorp) where he served as Assistant Vice President, Business Development.

Yvonne Khamati Yahaya holds a B.Sc Business Administration and an M.A. Counselling Psychology. At age 22 years, she was the youngest person to have been appointed to the East African Parliament. She was appointed by President Mwai Kibaki of Kenya, to serve as Ambassador and Deputy Permanent Representative to Ethiopia and African Union at 24.

Arc. Chukwudi Nwabufo Agbogu holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in 1987 and a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Architecture in 1996 both from Anambra State University of Science and Technology, Enugu (ASUTECH), now Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT).
